The interview process was well organized and professional. It consisted of an initial recruiter screening followed by two interviews with the hiring manager and team members. The discussions focused on my account management experience, communication skills, client relationship management, problem-solving approach, and how I would handle real-world customer scenarios. Throughout the process, everyone was welcoming, and there was good communication at each stage.

They asked about previous experience, Omnichannel marketing, integrated marketing and overall very fair amount of questions related to the role itself.

Pointless waste of time - glad it was quick! I applied online, and a Senior Recruiter reached out to schedule a "quick call." Immediately upon speaking, she proclaimed that they are looking for a marketing manager with experience specifically in two areas: Energy industry experience and agency experience - both of which were noted as a "plus" or "either/or" in the job description - not a requirement. Neither of which I have experience in per clearly stated (not stated?) on my resume...
The remaining 10-minute MS Teams phone call, she vaguely and repetitively asked "What projects have you worked on?" and "What clients have you had?"
She also told me she would be forwarding my resume & application to the hiring manager and would "be in touch about next steps." One hour later, I received an automated rejection email.

Applied online, 30 minute phone screen with HR and 40 min phone interview with hiring manager. HR rep was very friendly however the hiring manager was difficult to engage with.
