Seemed like a fairly standard interview for NYC - there was a phone screen up front, and then an in-person interview. At the face-to-face interview, I spoke with tech team including developers, the Director of IT & VPs. Everyone was extremely friendly and open. The technical team is extremely competent and business-savvy, and the management team is visionary and experienced. My impression was that Clear offers the type of challenges that will really help you grow in your career, as well a supportive environment in which to do it.
