HR/Talent Acquisition interview screening through phone call. Super nice and easy going. Just didn’t have their hard requirement which I feel could have been expressed up front to close the loop. My only response to that is they may be looking a long time because the position has been open for a while and to outsiders that doesn’t look good. May need to scale back.

Had one interview with human resources over the phone and one interview with hiring manager over Zoom and they quickly told me I didn't get the offer which I appreciated
