Entretien
Phone interview 3 assessment test (two timed) and two in person interviews. The interview process was not organized. Met with a total of 5 people was invited for a third onsite interview to meet with additional people. I am not sure who else there was left to meet and why they were not present in the other two visits. I opted to decline this invitation as this has already been a very time consuming process in addition to low salary (under market value). Made aware of salary cap during invitation to third interview.Given the exorbitant amount of people involved showed me their strengths are not in decision making. For a logistics manager position it should not take 3 assessment test, 2 onsite interview with an invite to a third onsite, and 5+ people to settle on a candidate.

Phone call, phone call, then an on site interview. I went to 2 different sites because they wanted to show me the scale from a small operation to a larger one
