I've met the HR representative, and discussed the position requirements and salary. As I was familiar with the work environment and colleagues, having been worked there as a contractor before we skipped the technical interview altogether. The technical interview would have been with my coworkers, and would involve a series of quite simple panel questions, with specific questions based on the experience in my CV (I've taken part of several since)
