Disrespectful of an applicant's time. I have 15 years of corporate recruiting experience and was declined without even getting a single conversation. On top of that... they make you take a FAIRLY difficult assessment for the role that has NOTHING to do with Talent Acquisition. More so felt like some of the coursework I did back in college. Anyways, all of that time and effort and they didn't think I was worth a single conversation. This has made not want to take another assessment for ANY job every again. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from wasting their time applying with them unless you know someone on the inside that can get you in.
