Very inviting and felt comfortable meeting with director of school based health centers and head social worker. They were both easy to talk to and I did not feel pressured.

Entretien
I interviewed with fellow social workers and was offered the job the next day. I attended training for one day. It was about a two week hiring process and fairly easy.
