One face to face interview and a multiple page list of questions. I don't remember how long the process took. I remember putting a lot of effort into the written questions. There was no negotiation process related to compensation.

Entretien
There is an Initial phone screen to determine if you are eligible as you must be on a licensure track. You will interview with 2 members of leadership and possibly a team lead. Interviews usually take about an hour. It is a virtual interview over Teams.
