Very prejudicial hiring manager refusing a phone call conversation, based on initial scan of resume recent four jobs, a few with short durations due to out of control layoff. Highly critical misguided staff wanting 70% travel and discounting any farmer style selling background. Do not work for this company where their Omnia360 software is obviously not selling, and company reportedly has high turnover. Management rules out qualified candidates.
