Went through a couple rounds. Spent my time doing an assignment where I had to take notes of the assignment while the hiring manager read it (for some reason they refused to send me the question on paper - very odd). Other companies will send you the assignment. Was told I would hear back. Followed up. Never heard back. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of peoples time.
