The recruitment procedure started with an offline coding assignment. I found the coding assignment difficulty level to be average and fair. I was given 4 hours to complete the assignment and submit my solution in form of Jupyter Notebook. I found the question relevant to the job profile, especially better than other generic coding test. Contact person for my application was really good. The time and date of the offline test was arranged according to my schedule. Plus point is that I could give the test on the weekend as well. Most important part of the process that I really appreciated is their feedback. They gave me an elaborate feedback, despite having to deal with many solutions, stating reasons why my solution was not shortlisted. Although I missed this opportunity, but this kind of constructive feedback help us grow and improve.

I was given a take home assignment on the basis of which an invitation for a job interview would follow. The assignment involved classification of e-mails from the Enron Dataset.
