The process consisted of a short HR screening call followed by an operational interview with a manager from the Strategy & Transformation team. The discussion focused on my background, motivation for the role, previous strategy experiences, and analytical thinking. The manager also presented the team, current transformation projects, and the company's strategic priorities.
