Applied on a Thursday and received an email to set up a phone screen that same day. Told the recruiter that I was not available until the next Tuesday (Currently employed, I can't just take calls in the middle of the day). Recruiter replied that if I couldn't do it sooner that I was not a 'good fit'. It's a ridiculous and just outright rude way to treat candidates. If they can't even handle setting up phone screens then its definitely a place I do not want to work at.

The interview process is good and intresting the hr is friendly and they asked more technical questions and the interview process was good and take more time to interview the candidate whis was the negative drawback
