I answered an ad posted on Craigslist; got a call back same day. Scheduled an interview for a week later. Waited about an hour once I got there. The interview was with the CEO and CPA (whom I'd be working under). It lasted about an hour. The CEO talked a lot about how Christian he is, and how things have always worked out for him. Then they told me about some of the projects they were working on. Finally they asked me a few questions about my religious beliefs, my political beliefs, and then asked what classes or experience I had in bookkeeping.
