This was a very lengthy interview process, starting with an email screening, then a written exam, followed by HR interview, hiring managers interview, team member interview, and final interview with the CEO. There was not much communication between interviews and I would just randomly receive the next invite a few weeks later. After the last (4th) interview with the CEO I was told I'd hear something within a couple weeks. At three weeks I reached out and was told no decision made yet and now almost 2 mos. later, still no word back. This was quite a bit of time spent by both parties to not receive a response either way.
