3-4 stage interview process depending on the campaign you are to be enrolled to.
1. Group interview on day one; introduction-nothing much. Tests confidence and eloquence.
2. Typing test-27-30 wpm, aptitude and English tests (c1/c2 depending on campaign needs)
3. Interviews in groups of 3 with one of the recruiters. More cv/role focussed.
4. Interview with the campaign operation's manager
5. There will also be a series of tests during training (upto 1 month)

Question 1
Introduce yourself and tell us something interesting about you.
It was a 2 day interview.
First, there was a group interview where we were asked to each tell the group about ourselves.
Depending on how good your English and communication skills are, you get selected for the second interview.
The second interview is a typing test and English literacy test.
All said, they are fair in their selection process and give everyone a chance to pursue their dream of joining CCI
