The process was pleasant and asked basic interview questions. It was a phone interview that lasted for about an hour. There were two people in the panel who went over my experience in my resume.

What is your coding experience? What are your strength and weaknesses
The personality review was standard. It was not too hard or too easy. They also seemed to care a lot about knowledge of the company and interest in their current projects. I don’t think that it was too difficult
