Interviewer was very patient and kind, but the moment I mentioned pay she ended the interview rather quickly. I was being paid more at my current job and they wouldn't consider matching the pay

The interview process was easy. The interview was in the coffee shop. They will give you a free drink to try while interviewing you. The questions are pretty standard. They ask you have you ever work in fast coffee.
