I applied online and called the location reached out to the manager and requested a interview. An agreement I met on a certain day and had my interview and was hired on the spot. I also had a 10 minute walkthrough, which consisted of coming in to observe and then make my final decision if I wanted to work.

Not too difficult. Smiles and being personable is what matters. Having a great attitude and wanting to provide great customer service is what matters. Come in dressed and ready to impress. Super laid back and friendly people.

very easy interview. they had an open interview at the shiloh location before it opened. they explained a little bit about the restaurant since it was in the area. had to interview with the gm and assistant rm
