Two person panel interview. Asked about work style, NOI, how I meet deadlines, how I prioritized and how I feel about working remote. It was on zoom, The managers that interviewed me were not my direct reporting managers. They did not disclose they were outsourcing all of the accounting department to India just 9months later. Nor the high turnover.
It was very structured and professional. I had a few rounds of interviews with different managers, one at the cost center and the other at the profit center. From hiring manager to the department managers, all of the were very professional.
