Entretien
Involved an initial phone interview which involved talking them through my cv followed by an person interview which was similar to the previous interview but included technical questions and my thoughts on the industry. I was then asked to the assesment centre where there was a group discussion and third and final interview.

Entretien
The interview process begins with a phone or video screening, followed by interviews with questions and skill assessments. Final steps may include interviews with team members, reference checks, and an offer.
Several steps within the application process. Including online assessment, phone interview, an in person assessments and a final online interview. The interviews and assessments were mainly behavioural in nature, and they don't expect candidates to have too much knowledge on real estate beyond why you want to work there.
