Long and grueling. To get hired you have to go through at least 3 interviews, not including phone interview, then the reference process is over the top! You need 7 references that you've worked with and they all need to go online and fill out a survey specific to you and how you work.

Focused first part of giving space and time to get all details about the opportunity applied. And only after started to analyse and help to understand am I able to be successful in the role with my skills, experience and personal traits.

You will receive a call to schedule the interview. Then the interview is conducted by a team lead & a supervisor. Most questions are standard to the job, And if offered a position, most communication will be done via e-mail or directly (portal)
