Entretien
I applied online through my school's job board website. I received an invitation to interview with them on campus. The two recruiters were really nice and seemed very excited about their jobs, I really enjoyed the on-campus interview. It was pretty much just going through my resume, few behavioral questions, and explaining the internship program. Weeks later I was invited for the final round in their offices in Dallas. They flew me out and interviewed me in October. The on-site interview process was 2 back-to-back technical interviews, each one lasting an hour and asking me to solve a coding problem on a white board and then a few behavioral questions. The first interviewer was very nice, it was one of the two from the campus interview. Up until this point, my experience with CBRE had been great. The second interviewer however was incredibly rude. He was on his phone the whole time, wasn't paying attention to me solving the problem on the white-board, and wouldn't answer my clarification questions about the problem. He was cold and extremely unprofessional, I mean seriously? You're interviewing me but want to stare at your phone the whole time? It really tainted my view of the company, which had been good up until that point. I was then told I would be given feedback in a week or less, but they never answered me until more than two weeks later when I asked them if they were any updates. They also haven't refunded me my ground transportation like they said they would, and it has been months since then. If this is what it's like interviewing for them, I don't even want to find out how bad it must be working for them.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
1st on-site interview: Suppose you're given an array, each element of the array has the temperature of a given day. Write a method that returns an array where each element of the array corresponds to the day of the original array and contains the number of days from the current day until the temperature gets warmer than the current day, or 0 if it never does.
Majority technical questions, introductions took about 5-7 mins and then go straight into your technical background based off your resume. Then they'll grill you for about 15 mins about technical questions you're expected to know. Ended off with behaviorals and questions.

An internship interview for a software position often includes detailed technical questions, practical coding tests, and thorough discussions about past programming projects. Interviewers assess problem-solving skills, algorithm knowledge, software proficiency, teamwork capabilities, and cultural fit through behavioral questions. Candidates might also face questions on data structures, software design patterns, and system architecture, aiming to evaluate their technical aptitude and how they approach complex software challenges.

A smooth interview with one online behavioral round and one technical round, which was more oriented towards my projects and few JAVA questions for a total of 45 minutes. Overall a wonderful experience.
