Firstly a Phone interview. Second, an in person interview which was held in a small boardroom with two managers. Pretty standard, They went through my work experience and why I wanted to work with the company. They asked why I’d be a good candidate and where I saw myself in 5 years.

Lengthy 3 week process. One phone call, in office interview with a 1-2 hour assessment, and a final interview with managers. No follow up which is inconsiderate, but overall the people were pleasant.
