They bought out a contract from our previous employer so it was casual. They were brought in because of standardization. No pressure and I should've lied about how much I made but being honest, and content with my pay, decided to be honest.

Phone interview last about 15 minutes. Tell about myself, informed me about position. Some questions and answers back and forth. Followed by in-person interview. Three person panel interview. Lasted just less than an hour.

As the final interviewee, the phone interview lasted approximately 5 to 10 minutes. The Hiring Manager asked me a series of basic questions to see where my suitability for the role was.
