The interview was conduct in-person simultaneous with both the Operations Manager and Chief Engineer. I was asked most of the questions by the Chief Engineer. The Operations Manager watched my response to each of the interview questions and made notes of my response and body language throughout the interview process.

Recruiter contacted me after online application, reviewed the position requirements and asked initial screening questions, passed information along to hiring manager and set up interview date and time. Interview was on site and included 2 CBRE employees, the direct supervisor and their supervisor. A follow up meeting was arranged with the client and no questions were asked but a simple greetings exchanged and a facility tour. Offer was extended and agreed to online and initial on boarding information was gathered through online portal.
