First, I applied through CBRE's website. Then, I get a call from HR asking "Why CBRE?", "Why this role?", my experiences through my resume. Then, I get an email to have another interview with my future mentor, bosses, and coworkers through Microsoft Teams. They asked me questions about have I done any maintenance work before? How do I troubleshoot problems? Basically getting to know me, but also try to understand how my brain works and if I'm coachable. After, I get a call from my mentor to show up on-site to tour the facility and see what I am going to be up against. At the end, I got a call from my mentor saying that I got the job. This was in a span of a month.
