After applying received emaiI from a recruiter to have an initial discussion. This was an opportunity to learn more about the role and corporate culture. This was then followed by multiple in-person interviews at the local office.

Basic questions, was more concerned with taking over my books of business felt like they didn’t care about the hire. I personally felt t like they are looking to acquire books. It that’s what you’re looking for that’s ok, but not what I’m looking for.

Started off with a phone interview that was very detailed about the position. About two weeks later did several in person interviews with the team I would be working with. The process was about three hours. A week later I received a verbal offer.
