Initially I was called for a phone screening. Once that was complete I submitted a form for clearance through the correctional facility I would be working at. That is when the ghosting began. This was May 10th. I reached out via email during the last week of May for an update. No response. I called on May 28th and was told that my background had cleared and that a followup interview would be scheduled for the next day at 10 am. No one called so I called back at 1130 and was told they had attempted to call and that the reception at the facility was bad. I was offered a new role of 2pm that same day. I was never called back. I had seen horrible reviews of the company but decided to take a chance because the reviews were all in another state from me. The behavior I experienced was highly unprofessional and concerning due to the fact that I submitted personal information and then was ghosted. I was never given an offer even though I was told my background cleared. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company.
