Entretien
The interview process was straight forward and streamlined. Overall a very good experience. There were 2-3 rounds of interviews and a case study. I got to meet several folks from other departments to get a good general feel for the company.
Phone screen with recruiter, manager of team interview, technical interview (sql), panel interview. Whole process took about 3 weeks. The recruiter was very good about staying in constant communication with me which was nice.

Entretien
First it was a phone interview with the HR manager, followed by a 1.5 hour SQL test. Then it was a 1-hour video interview with two team leads. Then it was a 3+ hour 'case study', a personality test, and then a final 3-hour onsite interview with 5 different team leads, all 1-on-1s. Carvana is absolutely NOT respectful of your time as an interviewer. This whole process ate up 15 hours of my time over the period of a month and a half. They asked me the same questions at every interview. They seemed uncoordinated and unable to answer basic questions about next steps, start date, who my manager would be if I got the job, etc. This was a horrible experience.
