Entretien
Glad they only wasted a few days of my time and not weeks like some employers. After this experience, I know longer want to hear how it is hard to find good employees anymore. Like another reviewer, I think they subtly discriminate based on age if you aren't in your 20's. I applied online and within an hour had an email to select times for a "group" interview. I selected something for the next day. Group means other candidates are on the call which is a bit awkward but I did fine since 5 minutes after that call I got another email asking me to schedule an in person interview with the team lead for the market. I did that and it went great, as well. The next step was to talk to his boss and he said she would call later that same day, which she did. She recognized I was massively over qualified and thought I would be better as a TL but there was no opening here. She asked if I could relocate, I said yes and I was scheduled to speak with some clown in another market that was relatively new himself and I learned more about his one and only previous employer (TJ Maxx) than Carvana. It turns out there wasn't a TL opening but I am not sure I believe that. He also asked me an odd question which I am sure he wouldn't have asked someone else that didn't look like me. Anyway, I followed up right after that with the recruiter pretty much saying I wanted the lower level role that I originally interviewed for. The next day I get a reject email and was shocked. I called the recruiter and basically, I was overqualified for the 1st job and didn't receive feedback on the other which I would have enjoyed, just not working with that guy. I'm baffled why I wasn't immediately rejected since you could clearly see I was overqualified if you only looked at the 1st entry on my resume. Guess they don't want people with an interest in cars and a desire to move up within their business in the future.

Entretien
Contacted via text on the interview process, and information was not clear on the interview process. Was not sure whom I was texting, and when I asked for a name, the individual did not provide a name so assumed I was texting chatbots. Texts claimed I would be interviewing in person with 2 hiring managers, however, after the interview ended with the 2 hiring managers ended up interviewing a separate time with higher-ups with a total of 4 people and for a total of an hour for the combined two interviews. Maybe this process didn't apply to everyone, but I did not appreciate the under-communication.

Entretien
Straight forward, use STAR to answer any questions and be yourself. They basically ask about previous customer service experience and how you handle different situations. This position is on the road driving a truck so make sure you are comfortable with that.

Quick and Easy! The process took 2 weeks which was great! Interviewing should not take more then that as some companies will go as long as 2 months. Very happy with the process.
