Interview process felt easy and fast like a job fair, questions were basic, but the office had an unpleasant smell and distractions made it difficult to focus professionally very overall.

As hectic and busy as the environment was, the interviewing team did a great job of staying organized and giving clear expectations and instructions. I signed in for my interview slot and waited with a group of about 8 people. We were then called up to pass through the security doors and then escorted up an elevator to another waiting room. At random intervals, candidates were called up by whichever interviewer was available next and taken to a location for their interview. These locations would either be in a private office space or next to the other candidates at a table off to the side. I had a great and engaging conversation with my interviewer and was done after around 15-20 minutes. Then I was eventually escorted back down the elevator and through security with a few other candidates who finished their interviews. The process took over an hour but it wasn't terrible or exhausting and personally gave me plenty of time to mentally prepare and become familiar with the environment.

Big group of candidates waited to be called individually for interviews. Was pleasant and upbeat. Given handouts to read while waiting. Interviewer was warm and welcoming, they did a great job explaining to position and schedule
