I was asked to fill out my availability for a phone screen with a HR member. After I filled it out, they scheduled a time for the call.
My call never actually happened because the HR rep either called the wrong number or just forgot. After the 20 minutes passed, I shot them an email seeing what the deal was. As I sent the email, the HR rep sent me an email asking if I was still interested. I immediately return a call to them with no answer. I responded that I was and would like to reschedule and reiterated that I never received a call, despite them claiming they called me.
They strung me along with another week then ghosted me.
One of the worst interview experiences I've ever had.

I had HR call which lasted for 20 minutes and we went over the resume and some basic questions. The overall experience was great and which lead to take home assessment.

Entretien
Recruiter Call - Take Home Assignment - 1st HM - 2nd HM - Panel (back-to-back with directors). Communication is strong, heard back from the recruiters the next day after each round. Thought I did well in every round and got positive feedback from the recruiter as well, but still ended up getting rejected a week after the final round. I think it probably has something to do with H1B sponsorship, even though the job description states explicitly that the position is eligible for sponsorship.

Question 1
Past project, Mini-Case, mostly behavioral type of questions.
First was the phone screening. And then there was a technical interview with a manager. And then there was a take home assessment. And lastly I had a 2.5 hour long interview consisting of five 30 minute interviews with different managers in the company.
