I had applied online. I was called for an onsite interview at CarvanaPhoenix(HQ). I was scheduled to interview with data scientists, managers and the Associate Vice President of analytics. I gave 3 rounds of interviews only to learn that the associate VP was busy for the day. I followed up the next day only to learn that they were not moving forward with the process. I was shocked to hear this. This is very unprofessional. Sending out a schedule to meet with 4 people and then judging the candidate when not all the interviews took place. Also 2 out of 3 interviews were with people who were not related to the team I was interviewing for.
