After initial 30 minute phone screening with HR was done, a 30 Minute virtual “interview” was scheduled with the hiring manager. About a week later, another virtual 30 minute interview was scheduled with the director of finance. The last round was a 2 hour panel interview in person at the Centreville office with the hiring manager, fellow team member, accounts receivable manager and director of sales. All were behavioral questions. For the salary range - the interview seemed too time intensive and prolonged. They do this in an effort to make a collaborative hiring decision, however I believe there should be discussions on a more efficient way to conduct a collaborative interview where each interviewers feedback is given without all of the unnecessary zoom calls peppered in.

Phone screen with HR, phone screen with hiring manager, 4 separate in-person interviews on the same day. In-person interview took about 3 hours. Heard from HR within a day or two.
