A phone interview was the 1st interview which lasted about 50 minutes. A few weeks following the phone interview, I received another phone call inviting me to a secondary interview which was in person. I was flown to Indianapolis for less than 24 hours for the 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was a interview with 3 CAI employees, 2 of which were regional level managers. Following the interview, I was flown back. No communication was received from CAI despite several attempts at contacting them after the interview.
