I had a phone interview, and then two in person interviews. One with HR and the PM and the other with the director of the group over a two month period. They did not communicate in a professional manner and kept me waiting for three weeks on a decision when they told me that I should here by the end of the week. Do not get your hopes up in them actually doing as they say. I would be ok with not getting an offer but to have waited so long without the courtesy of a status update shows unprofessionalism
