Entretien
Phone interviews: Introduction with HR + Warmup session with the hiring manager.
In person Interview: A big waste of your time. It was basically a explore what you know as we are stuck kinda of situation. The team members were really over whelmed with what I had done till that moment and didn't appreciate how that experience is complementary.

Three rounds of technical interview followed by a director round
first two were fully technical interviews they were good.
third round is with a manager who tests on various aspects like creativity, interests, work, technology this too is good
fourth round is with a senior manager who asks basics, challenges solved, how much salary you are expecting what work you are expecting etc.. this too is interesting
I did not get offer that's also fine, but there is no feedback after that that's the sad part of this interview.
