Met with the first level manager to discuss what the roles and responsibilities would be, then with their manager to discuss my background and why I thought I was a good fit, and finally with the Account Manager that the position supported so the they were satisfied that I woudl be a good teammate. They also required a background check and references.

Ask questions that I responsed and the recruiter felt I would be a great candidate for the position but the headcount was moved to Chicago, IL. The position and salary was just what I was looking for but the situation changed because I orginially applied for a Account Manager position which headcount was moved to Indiana...they shouldn't post position without being sure about the count situation ...very dishearting.
