On campus recruitment process ,
Written : test 1 ( should choose c++/Java) I choose Java , it consists of 75 questions (65 mins) , 4 sections ( verbal 10 , aptitude 10, reasoning 20, computer knowledge 10, technical (c/java) 25)
Test 2 : 2 coding questions u can code in c/Java/c# etc.
Out of 110+ students 16 were shortenough. for further rounds in CA office
Interview one : technical round(more than 1 hour)
They will ask all the major cs subjects ( tests whether u have knowledge in all the subjects) c, Java, os, DBMS (queries), HTML, coding, realtime situation (data structures u need to develop it), projects done
Interview two : Managerial round (45 mins to 1 hour)
They test how you work in teams , tests your attitude , how u work in pressure, leadership skills, about CA, goals.
Interview three : Brand round ( 30 mins to 1 HR)
It is a mix of Mr + Tr (asked about projects , Java ques , UML diagrams for given task), about CA.
Interview four : HR round
Basic HR questions , about CA , family details , achievements, given real time problem, how you solve this using present technology (mobile, iot, cloud ) outline is enough
