Assessment Centre based on only 2 individual presentations. No formal interview. The environment during the assessment centre is very good and relaxed, however, I am very disappointed by the company during the follow-up. After a couple of weeks, I have been told that I was not the right fit (understandable), the problem is that No appropriate feedback has been given after rejection and the only communication during the follow up has been through emails (Not even a call).
