Multiple rounds of 1:1 interviews with various people on the team, levels, etc. Some really great, kind people but overall, definitely felt like an old boys club. They stressed how "everyone is really smart here" and then ghosted after I had made it to the final round.

I felt like an interview with a chatbot would’ve been more productive. All the interview did was ask a question and contradict each of my answers. Not to mention, I asked about relocation assistance two days before the interview and was completely ignored. I know it’s a an ai company, but it was a bit jarring to see that the person interviewing had the personality of a cyborg. We have got to continue to promote the Arts in school AND the workplace.
