The interview process with Bytecode was perhaps the most transparent I have ever experienced in my professional career. From the first contact I was aware of the steps involved and what to expect. There was no waiting to hear what was going to be the next stage of the interview process or unexpected additional steps. They were extremely respectful of my time as well and kept the entire process under 2 weeks.

The interview process was clearly laid out in the job description. It consisted of an interview with the recruiter to discuss the position and my background. Next was a simple technical interview that involved writing a few fairly simple SQL queries and explaining them as if to a non-technical user. That was followed with a call with a senior member of the team to discuss the position further and what day-to-day is like at Bytecode. Then I was given a technical exercise to complete on my own time that consisted of performing a small ETL task using a SaaS tool and doing some analysis on the results. Finally, it was a call with the recruiter again to finalize the details of the job offer. Overall, it was a very quick and painless process.
