To the company - hire a real HR team. Whoever I spoke with who was an outside HR team was unprofessional and not competent. You will get better hires if the first point of contact is someone who knows about the company and will have a conversation with someone rather than just ask questions. Made it appear as if the company only cares about themselves, but their employees.
