I waited 20 minutes to get started. The interviewer showed up late, with very pool network connection as he is in the warehouse, where 0 setup is available for a meeting, and was not prepared as he was not asking to-the-point questions. One question he asked is “how much do you understand the e-commerce supply chain managent”? Very unprofessional and don’t know what exactly he is looking for. I tried to clarify if he is asking about the business model or Product structure and he refused to provide more information before and after my answer. He also refused to prevail more on the interview process and said “HR would connect you in a day or two for the results” while I didn’t even get an automate email - I had to check in on the website to find that I’m turned down. Is it very difficult to send out a rejection letter? He told me directly during the interview that my experience “did not match” with their qualifications, while the JD said “familiar with at least one of the following business” including international logistics and I have been working in this industry for 5 years! If you are not as elastic as you promised in the JD, just don’t fake it. Put what you exactly need so we don’t waste both of our times.
