In total, I spend 6 interviews: 1 with peers, 1 with tech leads, 1 with a team member in china, 2 with HR, and 1 additional that was not planned, with the team leaders. All interviewers' names are intentionally not revealed before the interview.
While some of the interviews are quite enjoyable, there are definitely some team members that are disinterested in the candidate profile at all. At the end of the planned 5 interviews, they send a 'congratulatory' email asking for some documents and proof of my current benefits. Then radio silent for almost 2 months, when I followed up, they seemed to pull in 1 more interviewer where I finally rejected.

The interview process was fluent, transparent, and efficiently arranged. Interviewers were highly professional, conducting quick yet smooth sessions that deeply explored my CV and included many thoughtful and subjective questions.
