The first meet is with same level person, I can understand everything he said and able to answer too. The second meet is HM. He was a little late. I guess he should be very busy, because he speaks very fast. The questions asked are quite business style for me, I can’t understand and provide the answer he expected. I thought this is an IT post? I unable to sell myself in a business way, so we stop here. I feel that 2nd meet the interview skills is crucial, and I am "open-eye" to those business style questions. I think HM want a person who can sell themselves well in a business way? But this is really not my strength.
