After multiple questions around basic service desk questions e.g., What are the positives and negatives of ITIL? What are KPI's etc. I could tell when I first joined the video the facial expressions of the Manager already said to me he was no interested and then asked me if I spoke Chinese. I said no, was this mandatory? He replied in a snippet voice ..well yes, this is a Chinese company. I said well your company reached out to me and per the email, your HR and management reviewed my profile and thought I was a fit. If having to know Chinese was mandatory, why waste put time then? It's pretty sad to see that you cannot get into leadership unless you speak Chinese I guess? Pretty sad for those that want to progress but can't if they don't know Chinese...at least per this Manager.
