Recruiter couldn't answer in detail most of the questions regarding hiring process and interviewing details. The team send a take home exercise that was the most complex I've ever seen. I've interviewed with Apple Amazon Cloudfare etc none of them was this demanding. Once I send over the deck, recruiter promised updates but never got back. The ghosting culture and the overly demanding take home exercise tells how toxic their work environment is.
