I didn’t really enjoy the interview experience. The interviewer didn’t turn on their camera, and it felt a bit uncomfortable being the only one visible. It made the conversation feel one-sided — like speaking without being able to gauge the other person’s reactions or engagement. It didn’t come across as very respectful or considerate.
